It was great meeting you all.   Mother and son were so sweet together.   What fun it was to watch Garrett be ALL boy and want to throw sticks, pick up dirt and throw rocks in the water.   Its hard for me to believe that he is almost exactly a year older than our Channing.  They change SO much in a year.  I am so glad that I got to capture this stage for you Amy.   I can tell that you and Garrett have a very special bond.  I am loving the sun flare on this first picture.  You all were in just the right spot to capture the sun coming through.   More to come….

Check out this little cutie.   He has got the sweetest smile.  He really captured my heart.   It was such a privilege to be able to take Brooks pictures.  You all have been on my mind and in my prayers so much the last 9 months.  Seeing you was just a reminder to me of how much you all still need our prayers.   I admire you, Judy, from the bottom of my heart.  You are at a place that is unimaginable for any wife or mother.  Your strength and belief in God is truly amazing.  I will be continuing to pray for Keith and I hope my blog readers join in and cover you all with prayer.   Here is the link to his caringbridge site: www.caringbridge.org/visit/keithbeasley.   Much much love and prayers.   Brooks is SO beautiful.

sleepy pictures… {Frisco Texas Children’s Photographer}

I really love sleeping pictures.  As I went up tonight to check on the girls, I just had to capture them.  I wish I did this more.  Lexi Ann is hilarious and we find her with her head at the foot of the bed and just all over the place.   Savannah was of course snuggled with her pink blanket that she has had since she was a baby, just perfectly tucked in under the covers, right where I had left her.   I love the freckles, the pouty lips, the long eyelashes… there is nothing like looking at your sleeping child.  You just have stop and stare for awhile.

We got to spend New Years at the Ranch this year.   It was great being with family!   We have so many things to be thankful for over the past year.   This past weekend was a great chance for David and I to really reflect on this and we are looking forward to a new decade!  Here are the girls doing one of their favorite activities!!!
